Hey, y’all! The pandemic left us craving wide-open spaces. Walsh King’s 2021 retreat (September 26-29) was our way to reconnect and learn.
The destination: Three Bars Ranch, a 35,000-acre spread in the Rocky Mountains near Cranbrook. This gathering brought everyone in our organization together for three days of learning, teambuilding, face time with the firm’s partners—and, of course, some fun and relaxation. It also coincided with our 40th anniversary.
Our annual retreat is always a great opportunity for newer staff members and articling students to get to know each other and the partners better. This year, as a group, we reflected on Walsh King’s four-decade history, delved into its dynamic culture, and explored a straight-shooting vision for the future.
The team came back refreshed, energized and ready for any challenge.
